Sally as Sailor Moon

Part 1 of EPIC HALLOWEEN PROJECT 2011! This time around, the theme, as chosen by you the viewers, is "Sonic Girls as Sailor Senshi". Surprisingly, it was difficult to get that project going once it was chosen; obviously you would want to start with Usagi/Sailor Moon herself, but who to cast? Sally? Mina? Amy? They all had elements of Usagi to them, but none really matched her perfectly.

In the end, I chose Sally, if only because I think the greatest degree of overlap there more so than anyone else I could think of: Princess, Leader, Friend, Fighter. It's enough, and though I had originally considered Sally for Sailor Mars, it was compelling indeed.
