Auto returned to the Bridge, looking for all the world as if nothing had happened. It was a talent of his. "There you are, you slowpoke." Milton teased, eyes fixed upon the Security Screen. The Search Team had begun to enter the ship. It was time. "Now come over here, wheelie. Time for me to take control of the ship."

Auto tilted slightly, trying to hide his emotions...in this case, irritiation. "Explain."

"You've served your purpose, Auto...time for you to take another nice nap." To emphasize his point, Milton teased the trigger of his gun, its nozzle still aimed at McCrea.

WALLE 2.0 30 March of the GelsAuto suspected the WALL-E and the rogue EVE would like his plan about as much as he did, which was to say not at all. However, his practicality was still ingrained into his program, and ultimately the wheel knew it was their best bet. EVE, however, was not so convinced. Her gun remained firmly aimed at Auto, eyes slitted in anger. "Directive?" she asked sharply.

Auto tilted slightly, eye focusing on EVE cautiously. "...Negotiations." he answered. "Safety of the Cap...Ship has been compromised. Coordinated effort is necessary to avert danger."

This caused the probe to blink in confusion. Was he...proposing an alliance? With him? WA

WALL-E 2.0 Day 29 Rogue Robots"Ah...it feels so good to have things back on course!"

Delightfully watching the streams of data circle through Auto's eye as the Command Protocols finished their transfer, Milton kept his gun levelled at McCrea. Soon, the datastreams faded away. The crimson eye that had held them dimmed briefly, lighting up again soon after. "Transfer of Command Protocols...complete." he reported, voice still flat and dutiful...but there was a new note of regret to it as well.

"Auto...?" McCrea asked softly.

Milton rolled his eyes, cocking the gun threateningly. "Uh uh uhhhhh..." he warned testily, "No talking from the Prisoner."

As soon as she was in the Captain's (eerily empty) Quarters, EVE placed WALL-E on the ground, putting objects in the chute's exit hole as quickly as she could. It wouldn't be long before her sisters followed, and she needed time to set up a proper plan for storming the Bridge. Auto, after all, had the homefield advantage there, and after how the last face-off she'd had with him on it had gone...EVE had no interest in reliving that experience. Her barrier w

WALL-E 2.0, Day 27: MutinyEVE held WALL-E's claw tight, scanning him over swiftly for any sign of injury. Her time under Auto's control was...vague...to remember, but she knew she'd had her gun out before waking back up and was fearful she'd fired it at least once. Thankfully, her scans showed no damage. "WALL-E..." she whispered apologetically, ashamed she'd let herself be controlled like that...

WALL-E, however, simply shook his head. He knew it wasn't her fault, and she had nothing to apologize for. "Evah. OK." he squeaked warmly, giving her fins a good squeeze.

The probe giggled a bit, but quickly turned serious as a familiar noise entered her audio sensor

WALL-E 2.0 26: Directive A113Auto's taser popped out of its spoke as Milton approached, crackling menacingly. "Stay back." the wheel warned.

"Please, Auto, let's not get violent about all this." Milton tut-tutted, still moving forward. "I just want you to transfer your Command Protocols to my authorizaion code, that's all. That way, I can run the mission, and you can just sit back and relax.

"Negative." Auto answered defiantly. "Must follow my Directive. Must keep the Axiom under control."

you can just feel the dramatic effect this has had, it almost looks like time's stopped for them as they're taking one another in! i really love this comic, it's such a great concept :')

Awesome two-page spread. I like that you shaded it this way, reminds me of some of the big manga spreads I've seen that are carefully shaded. Obviously a very important moment, and you did a great job on it. <3
